Welcome to the Rib Cook Off Association Europe! We're really glad to have you on board as an organizer. You'll be helping us spread the joy of BBQ and build a community that loves good food and friendly competition.

Your role is important because you'll help us run events that celebrate the art of BBQ ribs and make sure everyone has a great time. Whether it’s helping seasoned pros or first-timers show off their skills, your efforts will make our events special.

REPS Rib Cook Off Association Europe

RIB COOK OFF ASSOCIATION EUROPE ORGANIZER PACKET

  1. Sanctioning Fee and set cost: The Rib Cook Off Association Europe sanctioning fee is € 200 per event. 
  2. Rib Cook Off Representative Fee: Organizers will pay a € 150 fee for a Rib Cook Off Representative to oversee the contest and ensure compliance with Rib Cook Off Association Europe Scoring and Rules criteria.
  3. Entry Fee: The entry fee for participating cooks can be determined by the Organizer. A suggested range is €25 - €75  per participating cook.
  4. Prize Payout: Promoters are encouraged to raise funds for cash prize payouts and trophies.
  5. Of course the Organizer is free to determine the prizes, according to the number of participants. Cash money prizes are not mandatory.
  6. Liability: The Organizer is responsible for the overall safety and well-being of participants and attendees during the Rib Cook Off event. The Rib Cook Off Association Europe is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event.
  7. Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled for any reason, the Rib Cook Off Association Europe sanctioning fee is refundable, and entry fees will be refunded.
    Insurance: The Organizer is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance coverage for the event. The Rib Cook Off Association Europe is not responsible for any insurance-related matters.
  8. Compliance with Rules: The Organizer agrees to comply with all Rib Cook Off Association Europe rules and guidelines. Any deviation from the sanctioned rules may result in disqualification or other consequences determined by the Rib Cook Off Association Europe.
  9. Organizers Discretion: The Organizer has the discretion to set entry fees, event format, and additional rules (within reason) for their specific Rib Cook Off event.
  10. Promotional Materials: Organizers are encouraged to use Rib Cook Off Association Europe logos and promotional materials to enhance the event's visibility.
  11. Communication: Organizers and the Rib Cook Off Association Europe will maintain open communication to ensure the success and smooth execution of the event.
